Ken Liu was a stuntman who was killed during a fiery stunt that went awry during the filming of The Expendables 2. The movie was dedicated to him (seen in the end credits) following a lawsuit from Liu's parents; the film studio and main stunt coordinator Chad Stahelski took full responsibility for the fatal incident.
